Our client is a well established GC operating in 25 states specializing in commercial ground-up, TI’s, remodeling and buildouts. Markets include: office buildings, retail & restaurants, financial institutions and light industrial.

They are hire hiring several Traveling Construction Superintendents for projects in the Midwest. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, M/V/D, 401K, PTO. Pay: $95-$115K base salary plus Monthly vehicle allowance, Company Credit Card for housing, an additional $50/daily for meals. Schedule is M-F, occasional weekends, 40-50 hrs a week.

Duties:
*Coordinate all subcontractors.
*Maintain schedules and timelines.
*Prepare daily/weekly reports.
*Assure the site is safe per OSHA regulations.

*5+ yrs of Site Lead Superintendent exp
*MUST have a General Contracting background
*Knowledge of all subcontractors
*MUST have commercial remodeling, T/I, build out AND some recent ground up experience. 
*Projects should include, but not limited to: office buildings, medical facilities, retail & restaurants, financial institutions
*MUST be a road warrior and able to travel extensively.
*OSHA 10 or 30
*Stable working history
